Making Ketchup

Information for New Ketchup Maker: I talked to Cliff at  Saunders Seed Co . he recommended Marglobe or Rutgers varieties. They will provide good flavor. You will need to cook longer than some varieties to remove water. Thanks Cliff

**11-25-2020 Responce from New Ketchup Maker: I found some Marglobe at a farmers market. My first try turned out better than I expected. I am going to plant both Margloge and Rutgers this spring Thanks GardeningOhio. 

**9-20-2021 Follow up from New Ketchup Maker : I made ketchup from both kinds of tomatoes. Both turned out great.. I even tried a batch with both kinds, I think it came out the best. Why not add a new page on ketchup thins year? Thanks again
